Calcium silicate fireproof board can also be called calcium silicate board. The board is made of loose short fibers as reinforcement materials, siliceous and calcium materials as main raw materials, and processed through a series of processes such as pulping, molding, high-temperature steaming, etc. It is a new type of building and industrial board. Its fire resistance is non-combustible A grade, does not burn, does not produce gas, has stable performance in humid places, does not expand, and has good waterproof performance.
It is often used in industrial boards such as walls, road sound insulation, sound absorption barriers, floors, furniture, ship compartments and air ducts, and sound absorption walls, sound absorption ceilings, cast walls, composite wall panels, etc., and it is waterproof and moisture-proof, suitable for use in high humidity places such as bathroom ceilings and bathrooms. It is not easy to deform, has good stability, is not easy to break, and has high lightness. The wet expansion and shrinkage of the board are controlled within the ideal range. The installation of this board is very simple, and it only needs to be matched with light steel keels.
1. Excellent fire resistance: The fire resistance level can reach 2-3 hours, which meets the standard requirements.
