Centrifugal glass wool is a filamentary material made by fiberizing molten glass with a centrifugal spraying process and spraying thermosetting resin. After deep processing by heat curing, it can be made into a series of products with multiple uses. The internal fibers of centrifugal glass wool are fluffy and interlaced, and there are a large number of tiny pores. It is a typical porous sound-absorbing material with good sound absorption properties. Centrifugal glass wool can be made into wall panels, ceilings, space sound absorbers, etc., which can absorb a large amount of sound energy in the room, reduce reverberation time, and reduce indoor noise.
1. Ultrafine glass wool
Glass wool insulation material is made of quartz sand, feldspar, sodium silicate, boric acid, etc. as the main raw materials. After high-temperature melting, it is made into a fiber cotton shape less than 2um, and then a thermosetting resin adhesive is added to pressurize and high-temperature shape to produce various shapes and specifications of boards, felts, and pipe products. Aluminum foil or PVC film can also be pasted on its surface. The product has light bulk density, small thermal conductivity, large absorption coefficient, and good flame retardant properties. It can be widely used in thermal equipment, air conditioning constant temperature, hot and cold pipes, ovens and drying rooms, cold storage and preservation, and insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation of buildings.

Glass wool is a filamentary material made by fiberizing molten glass with a centrifugal spraying process and spraying thermosetting resin, and then undergoing deep processing by heat curing to make a series of products with multiple uses. It has many advantages such as flame retardancy, non-toxicity, corrosion resistance, low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, strong chemical stability, low moisture absorption, and good hydrophobicity.
