The processing method of reinforced fiber magnesium fireproof board is as follows:
1. Put 3 tons of magnesium sulfate and 1.6 tons of hydrated pulp in the pulping tank and then pump it into the mixing tank, add 120 kg of magnesium oxide, 25 kg of sawdust powder, 80 kg of magnesium sulfate and 25 kg of bamboo fiber,
2. Stir evenly and put it into the upper layer of the hopper. The evenly stirred raw materials flow into the template of the mesh cloth in the lower layer of the hopper, and then are formed by roller pressing to form the semi-finished reinforced fiber magnesium fireproof board.
3. The semi-finished reinforced fiber magnesium fireproof board enters the curing room, the temperature in the curing room is kept at 40℃, and it is cured and formed by 12 hours of temperature control drying. After curing and forming, the reinforced fiber magnesium fireproof board is demoulded uniformly, and then enters the finished product warehouse for curing for one week, and then cuts, forms and packages.
This processing method can reduce the weight of the fireproof board, improve the compression resistance and anti-aging performance of the fireproof board, so that the fireproof board has environmental protection, fireproof, waterproof, heat-insulating, non-deformable and anti-corrosion effects, the product can be used as ventilation ducts, decorative panels, exterior wall insulation panels, etc.
